200tdi pics

The engine is here!
A few problems: Stuff missing off the pallet
A few concerns: Look at the date on the air filter, Seller MIA

I hope it runs better than it looks.
It actually doesn't look to bad, but could of been packed much better!
Is there anywhere you can look up the serial numbers of the engine, tranny, transfer case, to find the build date?

That will make your truck use more fuel. As I have said before. Adjust the base up to increase spring pressure so that fueling comes in at a higher boost. A over simple explanation.

As I may or may not have mentioned....

At least on my 200TDI, the boost fueling plunger runs out of travel at around 13 psi. So operating at a boost higher than that and you will not get any more fueling. You need to put in a larger spring and re-adjust all of the fueling to get things correct.

That will help a bit, but you are not getting control at 20 psi with a preload adjustment. It is too far of an increase without changing the spring.

What do you want to source a spring from? Maybe I have one around.

200tdi Gauges

I've gotten various numbers for gauges (VDO) and Senders. Some confusion with V8, 300tdi, etc.
I was wondering if anyone has Part numbers for the 200tdi gauges?

H20 Temp:
H20 sender:

Tach:

Fuel:

Boost:
Boost Hose Kit:

Volt:
Voltmeter Extras Needed:

Oil Pressure:
Oil Presure Sender:

Exhaust Gas:
EG kit #:

I have found many numbers by searching, but didn't want to cloud the issue!
