Seems the RRC restoration thing might be getting some more traction lately (at least it has for me as of last week! :) Any thoughts of creating a Forum for this or is there a Community or group that I can join here to share ideas/help each other? Thanks!

Congrats on the new classic. There are a great number of us that have them, and even D1’s, in the herd. With so many vintage similarities, no one seems to mind just posting up questions or build threads. However, I’m not sure if it’s the right venue for a subforum. As an unfortunate consequence, Rangerovers.net is a great resource.

Rangerovers.net is a forum for all MY/ series of Range Rovers.
But be prepared for a different atmosphere.
They can be a bit snippy and in my opinion lack the camaraderie of this forum.
It’s more about self help than helping each other. They’re quick to reply “use the search function” instead of striking up conversation.

I have a 92 RRC and I use the .net forum. It was a little off putting at first, but seems to be getting better. I check in here as well. As others have said, the .net site is a great resource.

While I am not very active not the .net site (not really active on any site), I try to join in the discussions when I have something to say that is relevant.

It would be great to have more members at the .net site sharing information on restoring RRCs and keeping them on the road. They are great machines.

I have an ‘88 90 and a ‘79 RRC. I’ve often wanted to post a question here, but did not because of the absence of such a sub forum.
I’ve joined .net in the past, but just prefer this site and would love to get my green oval info in one place. Consider this a strong second of the idea.
