Firstly, I was wondering if there were any individuals or trusted shops/companies offering pre-purchase inspections in Belgium. I wanted a technical inspection from a Defender specialist before exporting a truck I was interested in. It would give me a better idea of what technical challenges I will be up against when I eventually get my truck exported. I also thought I could get a local shop to do some work before it is shipped.
Secondly, I was also wondering if there was a CarFax equivalent in Europe? I have heard of car-pass, but that is only mileage. Is there a system that records accidents, repairs, theft?
