300 TDI wiring diagram

Technically for a ‘97 - but I would be surprised if there were significant differences. I’ve found that the 1997 diagram is really close even for my 93 200tdi - and much easier to follow than the 2 pt font diagram in the workshop manual.

You mention AC, note that many aftermarket AC units may wire in separately. Mine for example completely ignored the normal fuse positions and was piggybacked off other circuits.
