What Steering guards work with the ARB deluxe brush guard bumper? I know a lot of the steering guards are built to work with specific bumpers. I'd prefer to not have to trim the bumper or the guard if possible.

I exchanged emails with Jason@SDO about fitting the SDO steering guard/skid plate on my D90 with ARB bumper.
I should confirm fitment, without bumper modification, once I receive the guard within a week or so (hopefully).

Based on my calcs and a couple of customer installs that I did with bumper connection points that are similar, this skid plate *should* work fine with an ARB. As you can see from the below pic, the front mounting point is elongated slightly to account for varying mounting locations (thickness). It allows the skid plate some wiggle room when mounting directly to the frame horns versus in situations where it may need to mount "over" the bumper connection points.

That said, Chris/lithium1330 should be able to confirm in the near future once he receives/has a chance to fit his skid since he has an ARB bumper.

RHD or LHD won't matter, as both sides of the mounting brackets are configured to slip around the steering damper/etc on either side.

Jasof, here are couple pictures after the install.

The plate from Jason@SDO does need a little filing to make it fit with the ARB bumper (at least my ARB bumper). I suggest taking measurement of the inside of bumper - it should be around 24-1/8".
A small part of the skid plate goes between the bumper and also measures 24-1/8"
I ended up metal filing down 1/8" total and fits well now.
I provided measurements to Jason@SDO and he's going to look at adjusting future production so that future skids will work without filing.

I like the plate, and Jason is also great to deal with.

Here is where the plate is same width as inside of bumper

The red line is where you need to do the filing - take 1/16" down on each side (ignore blue line). A corse metal fill should get this job done in 20min.

File 1/16" each side and top "lip" of plate should be 24" total.

The galvanized skid plate from Paddock Spares fits with the ARB bumper if you cut slots in it. Here's mine.
