I replaced my high mount turbo with a VG turbo along with a Grimm boost control; lots of highway miles at 15 psi or so and have not lifted the head...yet. The set up quenched my thirst for a 2.8 Cummins replacement.

Turbo from Allisport, Discovery and Range Rover 200 Tdi VGT turbocharger - AlliSport they are a reseller, probably can find the same model local.

I did this upgrade 3 years ago, still very pleased.
