My truck has the UK step bumper and I prefer the NAS style step bumper. Is there a bolt on sleeve or do I need to convert over to the NAS style bumper/receiver?

Yes they make a plate that attaches to the flat section. You can probably find something at Northern Tools or like. A HD truck shop may have them too as the Large Dump trucks have that style hitch. Of course they can be had in the UK too.

If you want a receiver type hitch, expense wise, you'd probably be money ahead if you took the bumper off and went to a certified welder & have him modify yours to have the standard receiver receptacle installed. Might want to take him some pix of a NAS set-up to show him what your'e after.
