Diff lock instrument warning light

Can anyone tell me what the difference between these two warning lights is? My assumption is that the one on the left is the actual diff lock indicator but I'm not sure. A comprehensive Google search turns up tons of pics that show only the one light (the one on the right), not both. I have a 1991 D90 LHD.

Thanks in advance,

Bruce

Also, the light below the diff lock should be a coil symbol on the TDi for the glow plugs which is fine as long you know what it is. I'd stick with the 6x6 panel as a novelty. Pretty cool.

Whoa! This just blew my mind. I had assumed the 200 TDI uses a relay and not the key-turn to heat the chambers - I guess mostly since the instrument panel didn't have a glow plug warning light. I have never turned the key and waited before starting the truck - even in them middle of the High Sierras in winter. What does this mean? My head is now seriously kettled.

Did your Landy or instrument panel come from Australia? That'd be the only place where you can come across a 6x6 instrument cluster.

Here's an example of another vehicle in Australia with the same lights cluster:

Interestingly enough, it's advertised as 6x6 but only has 2 axles.

Doubtful the truck did - it is LHD.....but you are right about the cluster....prob sourced there.

Thanks guys. The truck was sourced from Italy. Its a weird one this. No idea how that instrument panel made its way into the vehicle. As far as the warning light is concerned I worked under assumption that this light is the PARK BRAKE and checked the brake fluid and reservoir sensor. All good on those two fronts. There is no hand brake sensor switch installed on the truck, so now I am at a loss as tom why the warning light is illuminating. Its driving me bonkers!
