Does anyone know the part number for the power steering pump from a 200tdi? I was just shipped one I didn't really order and was told it would fit. I need it for my 2.5 gas motor(was told it wold fit both engines), but for $520 I don't want to waste the money since the engine is coming out soon.

I have no idea if a petrol pump will fit a 200 tdi bracket or vice versa. Looks like the pumps vary by year instead of by which engine they bolt to. A good chunk of what you pay for over here is the certainty that you are getting the right part and that its returnable/warranty.
