Looking for an Arles, Portofino or LE 97 SW.

I've only ever owned STs... time for a SW with an automatic : )

Hi.
I have a 1997 Portofino red NAS D90. Literally one lady owner for last 22 years stored for 3 years. Was in the process of refurbishing it but in reality won’t get it done for ages.
150,000 miles runs great. A few small sections of chassis rust already cut out & passenger footwell needs replacing.
Everything works, have already purchased all the parts that are needed.
New Exmoor half leather front seat trim installed & 5 new Falken tyres.

Contact me if interested.

The front right hand wing needs some work as it was slightly bent, hence I removed the original NAS bull bar which is included.

The bulkhead is amazing….. However the passenger footwell needs replacing (I have one ready) and there is a small hole in the drivers.
See attached photos..

Fair market value….
I appreciate that most people on here expect a “bargain” but I’m not about to give it away and have someone else flip it for a massive profit. Equally so I don’t want to screw anyone over….

so…..?

Recent auction for a ‘97 with 85,000 miles needing no extra work sold for $90,000….

I’m happy to work back from there considering it’s extra (genuine) mileage and condition needing some recuperation work. I was driving it today everything works, just needs some love.

call me on 6097516457 if genuinely interested.

Thanks.

Sounds fair. I have a ‘97 Arles Blue SW that I an hemming and hawing on selling. Like you, my Defender needs a little love but really does not need much to be great.

I think Defender Source is a bad place to look for a bargain from a buyers perspective. Users of this site most likely understand the potential value of these vehicles. The benefit to a buyer from“shopping” here would be an owner who is interested enough in their vehicle to participate here.
