Those don't look like two piece to me.

The only 5.5" x 16" two piece Land Rover wheels I know of were a little found option for civilian Rovers and used on MOD Rovers. Looks like this.

The largest tire you can really mount on them is 7.50x16 (because of the 5.5" rim width) and they are very heavy. Aside from the just plain heavy wheel, you need a tire flap and inner tube which add even more weight. They are a bear to balance.

Ah, ok.
Be aware that the LR008758 is a tube type, though some apparently run them tubless.
The LR023152 is tubeless.

What size tire are you running? The widest I'd use is a 235 which has a minimum rim width of 6".
7.50x16 would be better though because their min width is 5.5".

I may have some, I'll take a look today and check the PN's of what I have.
