Wiper wiring

Hi all,

trying to wire my wipers now. Anyone know where these wires go? Right now I think they are going to fuse box/engine plug. And I have no wiper power

Download the workshop manual for you year truck and refer to the wiring diagram.

Tested everything and when I touch the white wire where it connects to the wiper switch the wipers come on if switch is up or down. Any idea what that means?

You must follow the wiring diagram. Wiper wiring is not straightforward.

I have a wire tied to the arm (replaced the rope) to pull the arm in the rain… I found the wire color didn’t matter.
