I think I already know the answer but.....
Would it work if I mounted the wiper wheels upside down like I did when I mocked up my dash. I’m thinking they would park wrong. I’m afraid I have to disassemble a lot to fix this mistake.

I answered my own question with a hammer and chisel, back to normal now.
