The [Un]Official Where to Get Your Rover Fixed Thread

I thought it would be helpful to start pulling everyone's favorite shops together in one thread and especially helpful for those traveling to have a list in case they are broken down in an unfamiliar place.

So, I will start with my two local independent rover places. Both are great and run by great people with good service and fair prices.

http://www.roverrepairs.com/

Frank Dalahan, 301 Macdade Blvd, Collingdale, PA 19023 (outside Philadelphia) 484-494-9133

http://www.roverlab.com/

Trevor Griffiths, 2477 Old Hershey Road, Elizabethtown, PA 17022 (outside Harrisburg) 717-367-0176

If you use this format, at the end of the thread I can pull them all together and put them in excel.

Anybody have recent work done by Vinnie at Rover Specialists in NJ? Is this a vetted place for D90 work?
If you're in the Bay Area CA - i previously recommended Woodside auto. good folks but some issues came up with their work.

I HIGHLY recommend you contact DSource member Naplm00

He's really knows his defenders (esp 200TDi) is super affordable, and can take on a huge list of projects. he's helped transform my d100 into a totally different drive experience!! (he also fixed the mistakes from Woodside auto)
Minneapolis / St Paul MN? Have a 1990 110 ex mod 2.5L n/a arriving sometime this month.

South Orange County, CA Shops?

How about any recommended shops in south OC Cali?

maybe already posted, but Mitanix in Tampa great independent shop, guy named Moreb
I would be grateful to hear any recommendations in the greater Detroit, MI area. Thank you.
For the Washington DC area I highly recommend Independent British in Bethesda MD. They are the only place that I take my Series 3 as well as my Disco 2.

NOVA Bodywork

Does anyone have a recommendation for a body shop in DC Metro Area? I'm looking to have have some bulkhead replacement sections welded in, specifically under the windscreen.

I've worked with Ben and the team at Independent in Bethesda and they are great. However, they are as busy as ever with large scale restoration projects it seems.
Any Hampton Roads guys have a reliable place to get electrical work done? I’ve been chasing gremlins ever since I bought the truck and I’m considering someone to just fix everything once and for all. Nothing major (blinker, headlights, small annoying intermittent stuff). Also I realize that they are Lucas electrics so there isn’t really such a thing as “once and for all”...

That seems to be the case with all the good shops in the DC area. Chris Loiselet ( European Auto Works ) is great if you can wait. I’d mention LRC in Raleigh, but that’s a bit of a stretch and Brewies prob in same schedule situation as the DC guys.
