I removed the front door on the 110 to replace the latches and the new ones I installed needed to have some washers taken out from the strike plate to line them all up. Easy enough. In the process of removing the strike plate I dropped the plate that has the nuts attached in the abyss of the T-support.

I can see it in there but can't get it out. Ideas on how to retrieve this?

Couldn't agree more. I had to use mine with the assistance of my go pro and a flashlight for retrieval because I wasn't able to see with the naked eye. Another great trick is to get a gel form of super glue for non metallic parts. Just press into the part, count to 10, and retrieve away.

With a big magnet you can walk it up from the outside

Another great tool is the smallest Gorillatorch. You can laydown a beam of light on every nook and crevice. This works where a shop light or head torch does not. Magnetic feet as well.
