This was built by Rockware as a competition rock crawler. It does have CJ frame rails. It has a D90 bulkhead narrowed 6 inches. I converted it with D90 parts. I looked at changing the rear to be more D90 but could never find a design liked. it was stretched to 105 inch wheel base

What makes it a D90 is doors, tailgate, hood, windshield bulkhead , working front vents. front grill is series IIA It's purpose is a rock crawler.

As far as full hydro being legal. I live out west and it is not the same as the east coast where laws are different.

This buggy gets to the trail head with a F350 and trailer. The rig is fine on the road 50mph you just have to be careful as it has a high center of gravity

nice thing about this rig is you can roll it and as long as it is slow roll you just flip back to wheels and it is good to go
