How many other thing would need to change compare to A ‘94 NAS? How about cross member mounting holes with anti crush, gas tank mounting and such? Any issues that would need additional drilling/welding on galv chassis?

Sorry but I'm not sure on those items. I can provide more pictures if needed of sections.

I think Puma chassis has a very different rear crossmember mounting points as well. NAS and ROW need the vertical tabs on the crossmember as well.

There were a few variations on those mounting tabs. Some were welded to the rear crossmember, some are brackets that are bolted down to the top of the crossmember. These chassis have the bolt on type.

FWIW, I've fitted Puma bodies on TDI chassis and TDI bodies on Puma chassis. They are interchangeable.
