I’m installing the sills on my truck and there are two plastic rivets required for each side that connect the sills to the eyebrows. Are these plastic rivets Land Rover specific?
Can I pick some up at an auto parts store or at an LR dealer or do they need to be ordered?

Yes, they are LR specific. They are very cheap.

You can usually reuse the ones that are there if they are not damaged. Push the pin through the center and recover it. The rivet will then come free. Put the pin back in to secure.

If you loose the pin you can use a #6 sheetmetal screw. This will allow you to remove the flairs over and over. The pins get lost as you push them out. You'll have to hold the rivit until you get the screw started. A box of screws cost about $3.00 vs .33 cents a piece for new rivits

When you tear a flare off in the bush, the plastic rivets pop off and nothing is damaged. When you use steel screws, the wing metal gets damaged or you tear the flare.

The plastic rivets are 100 for $10....

You can also just get generic plastic rivets from NAPA that are the same size as original LR ones.
I flipped through their catalog, and got me some Subaru plastic rivets when I ran out of LR ones and couldn't wait until I was placing my next LR Direct order.

They are more expensive than Land Rover ones, though, but they are better design and hold pieces together better and are easier to reuse (I don't want to remember how many pins I've lost during the rebuild and any time I had to pull the eyebrows off.
