Need help locating source for air intake sensor

Our 97 NAS Defender occasionally stalls while driving. A generic shop cleaned the MAS and it's not stalling now. However, it's idling around 1200-1300 RPM. They said the cold air sensor is registering a -15 degrees so it is probably bad. Problem is they can't source this part and I am not able to find it either. I am attaching a picture of what I think is the part (it sits right before the MAS).
