MUD rear door trim - thoughts?

Anyone have one of these? Opinions? My rear door car is going to need replacing, and looking at this as an alternative to the OEM vinyl-on-hardboard card.

I have one. It is nice. But...It is a lot of work to install. Next time, I would probably go with one of the Britpart plastic cards. They are half the price and simple to install. Comes in three colors.

FWIW Lucky8 has them for a good price ($168). I think I'm going to have them throw one in the shipping crate when my SD cage arrives.

It is cheaper to buy direct. $162 shipped and it comes in like 2 days. Don't forget to add one of the Land Rover badges. I ordered some stuff from Mud on Monday and it came today.

Ine if these days I’m gonna build one with a fold-down shelf and maybe hooks to hang stuff.
I have one as well and really like it, but agree with Red it is a bit of a pain to install.

Yea I love that idea. My buddy has something like that on his swing out carrier. We cook stuff on it at the beach all the time.

sorry for slight hijack here, but why are there no nice aftermarket push button style door cards? I've seen quite a few for lift up style, but nothing for standard push button. It would be nice to have speaker pod and maybe arm rest built in. I've seen add on stuff, but nothing molded like the MUD one for rear.

Any pics of this mounted to your rear door? I have the MUD rear card and not sure this would mount to it.

I don't have one on my truck. My buddy has one on his Tacoma tire swing out.

I probably wouldn't try to use this with the Mud door card. I would probably try to use it with the OEM style flat door card but then I would reinforce it with a metal plate behind it which I would mount the Front Runner part too. Then I would reinforce how the reinforced door card mounts. At least that is how it would go in my head...

Aside from the plastic issue of the Mud UK card, due to it's shape, it would only fit on the bottom which I think the table would be too low. It would be like thigh height.

Dim's are 14.2" tall x 26" wide. I imagine it would fit the rear door nicely.

Clay, I expect to be grilling dogs on this thing at VOR. Make it happen. ;)

Front Runner also makes this table but no way am I drilling into the body of my truck for a table

It would make sense just to use a checker plate door card if you went that route. You can buy them with our without wiper cutout and black or plain.
