I want to do the same for my '94 soft top NAS. Have you replaced your interior dash lights with LED? If so, is it easy to do and what LED lights do you recommend? Thanks again --
Easy peezy. I had a little trouble ACCESSING the back of my instrument gauges (big hands). But, other than this, really easy. I'll send you some links.
I replaced all of the lights on my 94 with LEDs. There is a list of the required bulbs floating around in the archives. Got the green ones and it looks original and much brighter. If you are taking the binnacle off, replace the the support with a Raptor one while you are there.
Good post with links to video as well as other lists of bulbs. I sourced all my LED bulbs from www.superbrightleds.com. This project is totally worth the effort.
the bulbs needed are 4, #194 equivalent wedge type led replacements. available at most large auto parts stores. You aslo need 1 #1816 equivalent bayonet type led replacement. available at www.ledtronics.com part #BF3126-OCW-014B. probably can get 194's at ledtronics also. All these bulbs are...
