Hi Everyone,

Have a question for you. I am contemplating selling my defender, but I do not know where to start in terms of price. My defender details are below I would appreciate any help you could provide.

1986 Defender 110 Pickup with bench seats in back
Diesel
Imported from England and is right hand drive
46k Miles
All original except muffler and exhaust pipe
Small amount of rust on rear hitch.

Any thoughts on where to even start with pricing?

Why are the front wheels pointing on opposite directions?

that is not "all original" in the slightest. please be respectful to this term. it has become a token phrase of anyone trying to sell something for more than it's worth and is harmful to the truly all-original examples. thank you

adam
That's funny coming from you guys. I don't know you adam but I don't believe Copley to be very "respectful" either.

You might want to get a genuine fuel filter because I'm sure there are a lot of people who don't want the experience of opening the bonnet and the first thing they see is the word Britpart. That company does distribute some very good parts, but also a lot of very cheap junk and that reputation has stuck for a lot of people so they may think the owner was cheap/skimped on maintenance.
