Fuse panel bracket

Are the big screws that hold the fuse panel bracket to the bulkhead fully removable? I can back them out about 50% but then they stop. I'm afraid to sheer off the head or fully round out the screw. I'm trying to get to the wiring behind my fuse panel. Pic attached of large screw on far right. This is for a 97.

Yes they do come out completely.

PB blaster on both sides might help

They are supposed to come out completely… you may have to crawl under and clip the end off after screwing it back in, and then back it out. Or, cut the head off and send it all the way in.

Needless to say, new screws are required.

looks to be Screw-pan, M6 X 12MM, i replaced mine with bolts so i used M6 x 12mm bolts
