The Disco 1 has the same Perei ones as the 95 & 97 NAS Defender. They're NLA too, but can be found at the junkyard pretty easy. They attach with a little plastic grommet. Just drill a hole a hair smaller than the grommet and tap it in. Then push the reflector on.
To remove the ones off the Disco you need to remove the trim pieces on the rear bumper that contain them, then carefully cut the metal clips off the back so you don't break the plastic nubs.
