I have one and can't really recommend it especially at the price. The front defrost was fine before and not much different after. The side defrost on this design does nothing useful.HAHA!

Good to know, best to spring for a cab heater at that priceI have one and can't really recommend it especially at the price. The front defrost was fine before and not much different after. The side defrost on this design does nothing useful.
Bingo. My defroster will literally blow your knickers off.Port matching the bulkhead to the heater will help. http://www.defendersource.com/forum/showthread.php?p=398262#post398262

right onOnce your cabin heater is done you wont have this problem.
BUT...keep in mind I firmly believe it's the bulkhead cutout along with the fan that make the diffference overall.Jason, I'm going to do that fan upgrade after all. I want my knickers gone.
I think it would still be good to show us what you have. If you have the early vents, changing to the later ones is a good idea...guess that's why they named it the defender and not the defroster
Have you enlarged yours at all?On a normal Defender (not sure about NAS), the vents in the lower dash are very restrictive, much more than the bulkhead hole.
