So problem one, gearbox cross member….. taking it out just as hard as putting it in. It lifts the entire chassis when I push up on it with Jack, so, I used my car lift to hold it down and boom!

Next problem is dust cover under starter and covering back of torque converter, I was sent the wrong one….. so I will wait for new one.

FYI a chassis spreader is the best way to get the cross-member in & out
We have one similar to this

Kolby did provide engine mounts and adapter too. He was out for a while and I had some issues while he was out, when he returned he took care of it. He did awesome!

Well, another learning lesson!
When mounting the transfer case, the housing on the transmission (not sure what exactly it is called ) that tapers the end from 2 wheel drive to four wheel drive doesn’t fit stock , it will hit the corner of transfer case when mounted. So, after a little guidance from one ten (thank you Sam!) I cut the corner off and it fits!!

Ok, another lesson, as I was attempting to mount the transfer case mounts to chassis, things weren’t lining up. Come to find out the housing unit that mounts after the transmission k between the adapter is more than .25 longer than it is supposed to be. Bought the right part and now we will see if it fits.

Looks great, I have a big tank on mine and I've been wondering what to do for a rear sway bar since it hangs down below the mounts. Have you thought about that yet?

Still love that frame lol.

Well I haven’t tried to mount it up yet, I was told the stock sway bar would fit with this tank, I guess I will try to mount it and see what happens. Standby…

After mounting up transfer case, still off about 1/2 inch. In addition to that, my left exhaust manifold is too close to frame. A suggestion was made to me to raise motor mounts up about 1/2 inch above frame rail, which is almost an inch from where I am at…. So….. motor, transmission and transfer case back out…. Cut off stock mounts, welded in new mounts about 1/2 above rail and everything fits. Transfer case now mounted up and exhaust manifold fits. 1 step forward after 6 steps back. Now I can move on to something else :)

I’ve been working on the fuel system.
Ordered a d2 fuel pump module assembly.

Pulled the stock pump, Installed the walbro pump f20000141bx .
Making the modifications to fit the pump was a little tricky. I used a small dremel to make the whole larger on top.

I ordered some replacement high pressure submersible fuel line for inside the tank. Is everyone using 100 or 300 psi rated lines inside the tank?

I also ordered my fuel line from my filter to the tank. I used RaceFlux Lightweight Viton Racing Hose from RaceFlux Custom Made Hose Assembly, -6AN
