I added AC to my NAS 94 and its definitely worth it in the summer - considering you have a SW it should be even more worth it.
Regarding mileage - if you have a truck with under say 50K miles then daily-ing it will cause it to lose value but if its got 100K+ on the clock just drive the hell out of it.
