I have had mine installed for 8 months now.

support is excellent, Wiring it up was a challenge.

we are driving 30 year old trucks not designed to be comfy. MOD hvac is a great improvement, but it’s
not modern day cold and heat.

I agree with Ozzie’s post.

I'm getting ready to install my system and was wondering, from those who have done it, if you have any tips and/or recommendations for the install - now that the product has been on the market for some time?

I also need to source an AC compressor, condenser and fan set-up. Does anyone have any recommendations (4.0L Rover V8, stock viscous fan, stock radiator).

Thanks in advance.

pretty much how I wrote it up in an earlier post. I do wish I opened up the hole into the cabin to see if air flow would be improved or not..

oh, and I used oem compressor so id imagine you can pick up whatever components you need(oem/aftermarket)

When I installed mine I mounted the HVAC unit under the hood on the firewall in the correct position, then I marked the hole into the cabin to match the outlet of the MOD unit. Then simply removed the unit and cut the hole to match. It was very simple!
