For sale is my 1998 Discovery 1 LSE
Converted by me to 300TDI w/ R380 in 12/18
Very reliable, fun to drive vehicle with great fuel mileage. Here’s a partial list of things done:
300Tdi swap(unknown miles on motor)
HG done at install as well as timing belt
Over 13,000 miles on conversion
Rebuilt Ashcroft R380, new clutch, Turner Engineering rear main seal 11/2020
Working a/c, 2” TerraFirma lift, 235/86 R16 Yokohama Geolander tires(5) w/ 1” spacers
Custom front bumper and rock sliders
Manual glow-plug button from a diesel IH Scout
Yakima cross bars, Jeep Liberty roof lights wired to fog light switch
Most everything works, but it is a 23yr old Discovery. Rear sunroof is in-op, all gauges and interior lights work as they should(some dash switch lights are out)
I’ve routinely driven this truck 160miles/day for work and find it very comfortable and able to keep up with most interstate traffic. More pics/videos upon request

I have some spare parts that will go with the truck:
Hoses, p/s pump, water pump, etc

the truck has very little rust. Only spot worth mentioning is the rear cargo floor above where the stock catalytic converter was mounted.
New front wheel bearings and brakes in the Spring of 2020.
