Please join us for our annual spring rally scheduled for April 4-7, 2019. Our Rovers At Wintergreen (RAW) rally is hosted at the Wintergreen Ski Resort conveniently located in central Virginia (39 Mountain Inn Loop, Roseland, VA). This location affords us access to the comforts of the resort, miles of wooded trails over scenic and challenging terrain, plus the option to enjoy fine food and drink at several of the local restaurants, breweries, and distilleries.

Registration: Registration costs are $99 (early registration) for the first vehicle ($25 for each additional vehicle per family). Early registration closes on March 17th and the price goes up to $120 after that. The base registration includes one vehicle, one Saturday night meal ticket, one raffle ticket, and one t-shirt. Please note that all attendees must be current members to attend. Membership dues ($20/year) can be paid separately via the registration website, if needed. If you attended the 2018 MAR (or renewed any time after that) then your membership is still current.

Please make sure you read "The Rules" before registering.

Please note that this year's event will be capped to the first 125 registrants. This is in order to ensure we do not have too many trucks on the trails and everyone enjoys their experience. Please register early.

Accommodation: Overnight accommodations are not included in the event registration. Attendees are encouraged to contact the Wintergreen Resort group reservation telephone number at 1-844-392-5040 to make their own reservations. This number is set up specifically for our event with special rates starting at $109 / night (single). Please refer to our group name of Rovers Owner Association of Virginia when making your reservation.

Registration and additional event information can be found at the club website.

Please visit www.roav.org or check us out on Facebook for the most up to date information.

Rovers At Wintergreen Update

Hey All -

Here are a few updates regarding 2019 Rovers At Wintergreen.

First - a gratuitous photo of my truck posing on rocks.

You, too, could pose your truck on small rocks like these at this event ;)

Early registration closed last night. Hopefully, a lot of you were able to take advantage of the early registration discount. We have about 85 trucks registered so far - everything from New Range Rovers to Defenders to Freelanders - everybody is welcome to come get their tires dirty. The only major model lines we are missing now is the Velar and the Evoque - if you got one - BRING IT!

We had a great turnout for trail work this past weekend. All of the trails got cleared of downed trees and lots of weeds and briers and limbs got cut back. After the hard work was done - we had to go to Devil's Backbone for a few refreshments.

If you have not registered - we still have room for more. Head over to www.roav.org to register online.

Do not risk waiting until the last second. We only have limited seating for the dinner and I placed the t-shirt order this morning with only a limited number of extras bought.

I hope to see everyone there!!

For those of you still on the fence about registering.....

- last year, we ran out of dinner tickets. This year we have a larger crowd. Book online to make sure you have a seat at the table - literally.

- we have a few presentations lined up for Saturday night. Lucky 8 is trying to get a short film put together in real time of this event plus Jeff Aronson from Rovers North Magazine will give a short re-cap of his recent trip to Greece for the Range Rover Evoque product launch.

- our friends from the Centre Steer Podcast will be there looking to meet new and interesting Rover owners and hear their stories.

Come out and enjoy the fun.... www.roav.org
