Do you mean the crank pulleys on the outside of the timing case or the crank timing gear inside ?

If outside can be done with a universal puller from AutoZone and a big washer on the crank nose

Yep , remove the four m8 bolts that hold the pulley to the damper. Then use the universal puller by putting a heavy washer on the crank nose , smaller than the damper but large enough to protect the threads of the crank nose. Will pull right off .

Also you can try carefully putting a pry bar behind it and tapping on the bar . Be careful not to crack the timing case .
