1994 110 ROW ARB Winch Bumper

I want to install the classic ARB winch bumper on my 1994 110 ROW. I have seen some random discussions about the difference between ARB part #3432300 and 3432090 but no post has fully flushed this out. So, what's the difference (besides the appearance)? ARB's fitting guide refers to outdated Warn winches which are no longer available new. Does anyone know which Warn winches will fit without modification? Thanks
