Family needs have changed and my trusty 90 must be swapped with a 110. I haven't got a 110 yet - just thinking about it!!! Looking for a bit of advice - can anyone tell me what's involved if fitting middle row seats from a puma (and belts) in the back of a 110 hardtop (the 3 door, van version)??

The outboard passengers would have a tough time due to the wheel arches. The best realistic option is forward facing flip up seats such as made by Exmoor trim. Obviously limited to two seats but they also come with seat belts.

Just curious why you're looking at 3 door 110s instead of 5 door 110's. Not sure how your needs have changed but it may be more useful to have doors next to the seats to load your kids if you just had another kid or something.

THe three door is far less expensive. However as others have said seating forward facing is an issue unless you are installing lock and folds. The exmoor lock and folds allow forward facing, but you cannot walk between the seats. Passengers would have to climb over or around the sides over wheel wells. Pain in the butt and not worth the expense. Spend the extra on a five door.
3 doors are fine for a short trip to the beach type truck. I would not trust my children or anyone elses kids to sit in seats that are sideways, or without headrests.

There is no way a puma second row bench will fit. Unless you Beverley Hill Billy a riser over the wheel wells.

On a wagon the rear seats are just about as wide as the truck taking up some of the fender well area. O a van truck the fender wells extend all the way to the bulkhead behind the front seats. The floor on the van does not drop down like on the wagon. You could however mount the 90 style wagons rear bench seat with out a problem.
