Any tips on best way to remove?

For 235/85 I already had to make up a spacer so the tire would clear the support arm. Planning on fitting 265/75's so not sure yet whether the studs will be long enough. What have you done? Maybe a 30mm wheel spacer, anyone have one going available? Regards, Eric.
