I’ve got a question for the forum. I bought my 1995 NAS D90 3 years ago. To the right of the fuse panel, there is a rats nest of relays and wires. Not sure what the relays are for, but my guess is the driving lights, but beyond that I don’t know. I hate them hanging there and want to relocate...

Hoping someone can help. I have an NAS '94 D90. I have a bad hazard light relay switch that causes both turn signals to flash when I use my turn indicator. I've been told the part is discontinued. Does anyone know of a source for this switch? Thanks.

I am stumped. My 1999 TD5 starter clicks and does not turn over about 1 in 5 times I go to start it (and will then take 20+ key turns/clicks to turn over and start). I installed a new solenoid & starter unit, I sanded all the grounds, battery leads and checked the wires. Also switched out the...

On my phone and search is a bit tough at the moment. Truck will crank, but no sputter. Fuel pump never makes it's priming sound when first turning ignition. I've checked the small fuse in the dash (#20). I've relaxed the relay once in the past 8 years, and had the fuel pump changed almost...

I have a 1997 NAS Defender 90 and after changing/updating almost the entire fuel system it randomly won't start. It turns over strong but it does not get fuel. If I let it alone for about 8 hours it MAY start. I'm down to getting a new relay. The part number on the 1997 D90 NAS is YB10041C. I...

After several hours of diagnosis of my 94 NAS D90 not starting I narrowed it to the fuel pump relay. There are two silver relays under the passenger dash, (photo 1). I replaced the right hand one with a "used" 5 pin relay and it made no difference. I put the old left hand one on the right...

I'm installing a headlight relay and have a question... There seems to be a terminal block under the drivers seat (see pic). Can I use that as the positive and negative terminals (instead of hooking directly to the battery?). Also, the power cut off switch seems to do so by isolating ground...
