    Hi all, So I did a direct import to CA and got a 1988 defender tdi diesel from the ship to the lab and I was just told it's ready. What is the next step, make an appointment with a referee or go directly to the DMV/AAA/Third party? thanks

    I can't find any information on what these two hoses circled in red should be hooked up to. They are currently open to the air and the Defender won't start if I plug them. Plus, where should the blue circled one that I plugged go? I know it's a simple answer... Appreciate your help! See photo:
