Interior
The dead Joshua tree lying on the ground in front of my truck is the famed "U2" Joshua tree that was used on a U2 album cover. It died back in 2000 - and has become a shrine. People leave all kinds of stuff there. I drove to it via dirt roads (road with no name) and dry washes. But you can also hike cross country for about 1 mile from the highway. The location is just west of Death Valley in the Mojave Desert. I also included a pic of my license plate frame proudly displaying my alma mater .... Not really - I just got tired of all the adults where I work flashing their Cal and Stanford alumni frames so I thought I would make something to poke a little fun at them.
Exterior
When my dog Jack isn't riding with me in the truck he hangs out in his dog house "the black pearl" - Even when I was constructing it with loud power tools he knew it was going to be his - he'd keep jumping onto the decks as I was building it.
