History
In 2003 I received a phone call from a guy looking to off load this 88, he moved out to texas in 1979 and left this rover his in mother's garage in CT. In 2003 his mother passed away and he needed to sell the house and everything in it, including this 88 with 52,114 original miles, complete with a snow plow and overdrive. $1000 took it home and I spent the summer before I turned 16 getting it road worthy. Since then I have replaced the frame, rebuilt the transmission twice, and replaced the engine this past summer.

In the summer of 2011 I rolled it over, prompting the installation of 4 point cage, fabricated by Wade Swift of Swift Innovations in Groton CT (http://www.swiftinnovations.com).
