Cheers from Guatemala

Hi! I am a Land Rover fan from Guatemala. My car is a Disco 2 with 300tdi engine. I did the conversion my self and have learned a lot with my toy. However.... have spent so much time and money in my Disco that I alreasybconsider it a member of my family.

Welcome to the forum! Everyone I know who has been to Guatemala raves about how beautiful it is there. Hope to visit one day as I have several friends from there. Look forward to some pictures of your truck as well.

Drove down to Belize and Guatemala back in 2001 with some guys from the Houston Land Rover Club. That was one awesome trek.
It was called La Ruta Maya and was organized by RJ Sam Simpson.
Mine is the white one.

Greetings!! We drove Defender from Belize City across Belize through Guatemala then north through Mexico and home to NC- whole family! And the kids still want to return- gorgeous country!! And it was Easter w/e and the small towns and even Guatemala City were amazing!!
Welcome!! And no small feat getting a 300 to function in a D-II- impressive!!
