Introduction and Restoration Thread of 1994 D90 NAS number 3

2 questions: Iím cutting off my rear cross member to be replaced with oem. Do I cut where the red line is on the inside?

Also are those black push clips for reflectors nla or available?

Wiring harnesses out. No clue how one gets it back through the chassis

Front crossmember removed. A little flake but certainly no rot. Tings with a hammer strike.

Knock off the big flake in the second picture. If no hole, I would galvanize as is.

i spent the afternoon cutting away the old rear crossmember. I have a decision to make. I think I can rebuild the last 5 inches of the frame or???Thoughts?
