Password reset issues

Admin, I have been trying to reset my password for a day or so and the system keeps informing me a mail will be sent with the new password.
I receive the first mail with the link - no problem
I follow the link and the system says it will send a password - never works

I have checked SPAM and filters and nothing is received.

This is for the ID TWOZZIE
(I had to create TWOZZIE NEW just to be able to send you this message)

@TwozzieNew You can also send a PM to this account with the password you'd like to use and we can update it manually for you. Or you can go to - user cp - Settings & Options - Edit Email & Password. Make sure all the fields are entered when using this option.
