What's the difference between this and the MTC4618LDQ, is it just the color?

The last 3 digits in the part number are generally a color code.

Out of curiosity, are you replacing those parts on your builds with something else?

To answer your question, yes we replacing these with a Puma dash swap.

We only have 2 in stock and we are selling them with the complete dash. We are speaking with a plastic company and they are currently working on a mold/manufacturing price to recreate them.

Thank you
