I have a limited supply of replacement panels available.

Solid one piece design "Epoxy" Coated Aluminum with Dynamat sound proofing to reduce engine and road noise.
Replace those crappy cardboard units with a lasting product which will enhance your Rover

When I made repair panels for my footwells, I thought the left and right side would be the same size. They are not. The left is a bit smaller. I am not sure for a 90 but I think it would be the same for a 110. Don't know if you saw this post but you can get some good pic comparison for a LHD vs RHD footwell. Hope that helps.

Tom,
I just ordered a set for my NAS D110.
Really looking forward to installing them.

They look great. Just curious, what are the 2 holes for in the passenger side version?
On some rovers the electrics are in this section, they are for providing airflow "cooling"...

Can we use this if we have a 94 D90 with AC?

Neil,

Send me a picture, with as much detail as possible....I might be able to tell if they will work. If not we can fab one to work.

I will be making a new passenger side verion, without the hood release cut-out also.

Guys,

Yes I'm all out of passenger side & auto drivers side. Another run will be completed this weekend available for Monday 02/22/2010

Many orders shipped out recently, please provide feedback on product once you have recieved it. I try to make stuff I'm proud to have on my own truck, customer satisfaction is at the very top of my list.

Going to have to keep my eyes open on these, to see when it allows me to order that passenger side.

No need to register on site to checkout, however I will be building plenty of inventory this weekend and it really is not going to ship till Monday anyway...so if you can wait to place order then, would be best.

Jorge,

We simply dont have a template to work from on the 95-97 with AC yet, its in the works but untill I have a truck to build from I cant fab blinded and hope for the best. I will let everyone know when I have something. The drivers side is the same.

There is a NEW product for the passenger side with no cut-out for the hood release for the folks who have relocated it to the drivers side. This is for the early 90 & 110 with No AC

Inventory has been replenished on the site as well.

I see you have dynamat on them, but this would work much better applied to the footwell itself (since it is a vibration damper), but would they fit with say a 1/4-1/2" of sound absorber between the plate and the footwell? I am thinking CAE VB-4 over one layer of Butyl damper like the Dynamat and a layer of CAE VB-2 to seal the footwell thouroughly.

Andrew,

I would say you can never have too much sound proofing on these trucks, the bottom piece fits flat against the footwell on the bulkhead, but I would say a 1/4 would fit behind it.

I offered the product this way to include dynamat for some of the guys which have not applied any to there trucks so this would be a plus for them.

I wanted to share my thoughts after having installed dozens of this type of product here at the shop. This is by no means a slam on the seller or his product, and not related to this exact product (I have never installed this product), just something to look out for that happened to us here in the past when we started making this type of product in the exact same way. Your mileage may vary.

When we started making the kick panels we copied the old cardboard units and made them that looked exactly like these units look. The issue we found was that over time and use the alloy kick panels move around a little and with your feet hitting them they can cause an issue with the gas pedal getting stuck down (open throttle). This happened because the alloy would grab the throttle pedal stop bolt.
We then changed the design to eliminate the area under the throttle pedal so that it could never happen. See image as to where things get stuck.

Again, this may not happen with these, but it is something to check during your installs of any alloy kick panel made by anyone. I learned it the hard way while driving a truck home one night with the first ones of these we made.
