$45k for IMHO the coolest non-dormobile 109 ever built.

I agree- that is one sweet ride.

globallandrovers February 22nd, 2011 04:06 PM

Looks Beautiful.

Paul Davis February 23rd, 2011 12:39 AM

Did that belong to J. Thompson?

globallandrovers February 23rd, 2011 02:19 AM

Hey Paul, I'll be in Vegas again in July.

Paul Davis February 23rd, 2011 10:12 AM

Let me know when. I will be traveling some but we can meet for a beer if I am in town.

bjf February 23rd, 2011 10:16 AM

That thing is awesome. Did it live in Japan for a bit? Seems the money that went into it had be a lot more than the current asking price.

This truck is hands down one of the top 3 coolest trucks I've driven to date. It's worth every penny, and then some.

Meh, could use a SBF or even an LS2. 4.0 kinda wimpy IMO. If it were to be kept all Rover, a 4.6 with a Buick 300 crank high lift cam and headers would perk it up.

phoenix37 February 25th, 2011 06:23 PM

Bill lets see your trucks. Seems you never like any trucks on this forum. Come on lets see your toys.

I don't understand the words coming out of your mouth. This truck is on a short list for me if I won the lotto. Yes, I know I am setting my lotto dreams low at 45k

Yep. I would be interested in seeing some pics of your IH powered rig and your 500 hp rig you are working on. They must be pretty flipping amazing to be hacking on other people's rigs like you are.

The pictures when it was built do not show an AC compressor so I am going with probably not.

bjf February 28th, 2011 01:44 PM

Yeah I didn't see it either but had to wonder.
