XD and HD Rock Sliders

That's right, they're ready to go. These sliders are tough as hell, and guaranteed to drop panties everywhere you go, and they look damn good too.

Features include:

  • 100% bolt-on, no holes to drill, nothing weld, unless you want to
  • 3 solid frame mounting points
  • 0.25" thick steel slider body construction
  • Grade 8 hardware kit included
  • All parts are CNC laser cut and bent
  • Made in the USA using local suppliers/fabricators and supporting local small businesses
  • All steel used in construction is certified as being manufactured in the USA at US steel foundries

The XD sliders feature a unique boatside design allowing you to more easily slide across and off of rocks, and are wide enough to keep the body out of harms way.

The HD sliders are a more traditional looking slider, yet every bit as tough as the XD's.

Currently have 3 kits of the latest batch left, 1 XD kit, and 2 HD kits.

UTRPh just installed an XD kit on his D90 here:

http://www.defendersource.com/forum/...ad.php?t=52864

These sliders were designed to work on NAS Defender 90's, I cannot speak as to their fitment on ROW 90's as I have yet to do an install on one. As long as the LT230 frame mounting location is the same, they should fit. If your D90 has a side-mount fuel tank, they will not fit.

XD Sliders $1000 + freight/crate shipping

HD Sliders $800 + freight/crate shipping

If you will be attending the Uwharrie Safari, and want to save on shipping and crating, I will deliver them to you Saturday.

That's next on my list. I've gotten a tremendous amount of feedback, and I will make them. I just need a 110 that I can borrow for a couple weekends for measurements, mock-up, and test fitting. I'll even cut a REALLY nice deal for whoever has a 110 I can borrow and play with.

If anyone needs any additional pics or has questions, let me know. These sliders rock! There is no comparison to SG, rockware, rte or any others.

I've never personally had or operated a roof top tent (I'm assuming that's what RTT meant?) The XD sliders extend 4" off of the truck and provide a good flat stepping surface, a lot better than stepping on a round nerf bar, at least in my opinion.

Standing on the XD's

Yes, they are easily wide enuff & definitely strong enuff to stand on & since the 4" ledge sticks out so well it gives about an additional 8-10" height. I was able to reach my top to do stuff much easier.

Another set of the HD sliders has been claimed.

1 XD Set and 1 HD set left. Get'em before they're gone..... or you'll be stuck waiting until my next batch.

Also, after talking to Richard's Chassis, I have confirmed that these sliders will fit any and all Defender 90's with a rear mount fuel tank.

on the ROW 90s, may want to consider the third connection point effectively being a skid plate (aluminum?) that bolts to your slider, wraps around the under seat fuel tank with a couple 45 bends, and then connects to the say the bottom of the frame.

Anxious to see what you come up with.
