That isn't very nice. Come here to shit on my for sale thread. For shame.

Anyway these aren't my style. They were for a friend and he ended up with the proper ones. Figured someone might want them as extras. One person contacted me for one but I don't want to be bothered splitting at this price.

Maybe ECD will buy them from me for one of their builds.

My mockery of lights reminded me I had these.

Anyone want to ruin their truck?

Is it ok to reverse-crap on a for sale thread? I'm no big city hipster, but I lament the fact that folks can actually see me brake or turn with these hideous lights, especially since I don't live in areas without fog, snow, rain, bright sun, mud, piss poor drivers, etc. I'd much rather have the look over function......

I'm sure they function well but there are much nicer looking ones that function as well. Perei lights on muduk site. More money but you don't look like you went to pepboys with those.

And I'll probably succumb to rover pressure and go that way on the next set. I actually like the WIPAC look but that's because I don't wear skinny jeans.

You need the correct relay. I would assume anyone who buys these would be someone who needs a replacement because one broke via a shopping cart.

Maybe one of the restoration shops that uses them would like to buy them for their next build.

If you care about your truck and don't want it to look like trash, buy these Defender 95mm NAS Defender Red Stop/Tail - Exterior Lighting - Electrical - Products

I don't give a rats-ass about my truck and installed Wipac LEDs. They are much brighter than the Recon LEDs that are on my wife's Rubicon. That's a good thing living where I do (bad weather and a plethora of elderly looky-loo tourists).

YMMV

Well there you go. That is some positive feedback so someone should buy them.

Best way to install these is to cut the harness off your truck and twist the wires together. No need to cover because it wont short out if it touches the aluminum body.

Aluminium is an excellent electrical conductor. Shorts happen.

Just cover it in Vaseline. That will protect it.
