Waxoyl Rust Inhibitor

I just did my truck and bought twice as much as I needed. I have enough leftover to do another whole vehicle.

I have 10 Cans of the Waxoyl Hardwax for the Underbody and 2 Cans of the Waxoyl Clear for visible areas.

This stuff is the best for protecting your truck from rusting. Easy to apply yourself. I cleaned the underside of the car at one of those high pressure car washes, let it dry and sprayed it on. It's about a half day job.

I paid about $200 shipped, but will sell for $100 shipping included.

Thanks,
Tom

Tom if you think you can get this shipped to me by the weekend (I'm in Viriginia), I'll take it. I will be cleaning my undercarriage this weeked. I was just going to go with some underarriage treatments I can buy locally but would like to use waxoyl.

Maybe a can or two

Charles -

Did you get this? I might be interested in a can or two to spot treat a few areas as I expose them during repair work and such. As you are in South Riding and I am in Sterling - I might be pursuaded to pick up any left over you have...

No I didn't. It would have to have been shipped ground and I didn't want to chance not having it on time, so I just used some rust inhibitor and undercoating I bouhgt locally.

We'll try it on your truck one day Loic

I got my transmission today, but no torque converter. Supposed to have been shipped at the same time, but seperately - hopefully it will arrive tomorrow.

It turns out the rear main seal can be replaced if you remove the oil pan, and the rear bearing cap. However, i didn't order the cross seals which need to be replaced when the bearing cap is removed so I have decided to just leave it be. There is no evidence of it leakinf. Knock on wood.

I am re-doing the oil pan seal though since I think it was leaking a little in the rear.
