Warn M8274 winch + custom bumper

For sale:

- Warn M8274 winch (spec details), really good condition, includes battery cables and remote control
- synthetic line (not sure the length, but the capacity of the winch is 150')
- Atlantic British fairlead
- custom bumper, a roverchef/Jake Krug original (no fasteners, but I'll give you the washers Jake used to shim the thing on to the stock mounts for a snug fit)

Everything is in tip top shape, though there isn't a cover and it's showing a little bit of weather around some of the fasteners. Very very minor. 8.5/10.

Prefer not to separate and I haven't looked into shipping, so you'd have to work with me on that (ships from 94110).

New I'm going to guess this is about a $2500-$3000 package. I'll start at $2000+shipping, but don't hesitate to throw out an offer. I'm not trying to buy my kid braces, just want to honor Jake's work and be fair.

Based on the crickets I'm hearing, maybe this is the wrong price point. Anyone interested? Any and all offers accepted with a straight face. $1800 (+shipping) takes it.

Alternately, I'd consider throwing in Jake's custom rear bumper/swing gate set-up with tire mount, jerry can and bottle opener. Bolts shut. Pix available upon request (or after I snap a few and upload them). $2000 (+shipping) for the whole pile of metal.

Grill is not cut. Besides having to squeeze into small places to wire it electrically, the whole thing slides on nicely to the front bumper mounts.

As far as the rear setup, pix are imminent but you can get a pretty good idea here. I'll get a close up of the bottle opener.

Peter, thanks for the pics! Way more useful than me trying to pry info from Jake! He didn't even tell me it was welded in there, and he said the jerry wasn't strapped in, but those definitely look like straps going through the handle. Didn't even see the bottle opener originally - nice touch!

Clearly, I'm still way off on the asking price. How about:

- $1400 +shipping for the front bumper and winch
- $400 +shipping for the rear bumper

$1650 for the package (+shipping).

Any offers?

Bump.

Some interest so far, but the sticking point seems to be shipping. Can anyone recommend a company to get this stuff to the east coast? Seems to be a million out there with quotes all over the place.

Fedex oversize ships up to 150lbs. Put the winch in its own box and ship the bumper in another box. Bumper might be too long, but you can ship it greyhound pretty cheap.

Thanks Ron, I've been trying to figure out how to get this winch and bumper east.

Thanks for the great bullet proof rear bumper set up. Some one needs that front bumper and winch, that thing is bad ass. I put it on as soon as I got home

Looks awesome Jason, you gotta wheel that thing down here when you get the clutch worked out. And when you glue your license plate back on.

One badass front bumper and winch still for sale! $1300 (+shipping) takes it!

If I can ever get the thing running long enough to get to the DMV I will get some US plates. The local cops told me to take the Brit plate off if I was going to be driving around and that was how they had it attached, no expense spared on that build. I have given up trying to figure out why they did some of the stuff I have found.

Reviving this sale thread for this custom front bumper and winch. Will consider parting out. Can anyone advise on what this winch is worth?

I have to move in a month and I'd consider taking the winch, but the bumper's gotta go! Make an offer fellas.
