V8 engines and bits for sale

'95 4.2 FI V8 w/ approx 111K miles. Missing a couple of sensors. Pulled for a diesel conversion. Asking $500 obo
'93 4.2 Carbed V8 w/approx 120K miles. Edelbrock 4 bbl intake and 1404 500 cfm carburetor. Asking $700 obo
V8 twin SU intake manifold/piping/air filter housing. Asking $200 obo
All is listed on Craigslist locally. The SU intake is going out to Ebay too. Can deliver locally. Distant delivery can be negotiated.

Just curious, does the 4.2 come with the front cover and all ancilliaries to drop in a serpentine belt in place of a V belt set up. Also does it come with the 4.2 ECU as that would be a total package.

What do you mean by front cover? Both engines are complete long blocks with timing cover, oil pan and water pump. The FI is serpentine drive. The carbed unit has sepentine and v-belt drive. These are both late classic V8's. the 4.2 didn't appear until 1993. By this time serpentine was prevalent. I'll have to dig for the ECU but it should be in one of my parts bins. The engines come as seen except for the carburetor/filter & distributor that isn't shown in the carb'd V8 photo. I would suspect that someone doing a swap for a bad engine would use the parts off their old V8 to complete the job. Prices are negotiable. I want to clear floor space.

not to misdirect the post but you need to machine the crankshaft snout (keyway too short to grab the oil pump) to use a vbelt crankshaft with the serp belt front end.......just in case you didn't know and thought all you need was the hard parts.
