Tuffy Rear Storage/Speaker Boxes

Pair of gently used Tuffy rear speaker/storage boxes, complete with Alpine (I think - need to double check, not the Crunch ones you see in the pic) marine grade speakers (6x9s). Interior of the speaker housing is Dynamatted. Both boxes keyed alike.

These produce awesome sound in a SW and ST with a Badger top or Fiberglass top.

Paid $330 plus shipping for the boxes, Maybe $40 for the speakers.

Asking $270 SHIPPED conus. $250 local pickup.

Welcome home, Rob.

Jonathan- If Rob passes on them, I'll be #2 in line and then pick them up when I drive up to see you for the rear door shell in two weeks.

Thanks, Murph

Maybe we can suggest to the new owners an "ebay-like" area where we can post and "bid".

I've seen MANY things I would have paid a bit more for to get than what they went for.......simply because I wasn't at the computer at the right time. Hardly good for the seller.

Jon I thought your rule was you put your PayPal in your post and whomever PP's you first gets it regardless of who licks it?

Guys - give gas-man time to log back in. Not everybody lives on D-90 like us.

You are absolutely correct, well, I think I said that should be a new rule. But this licking and walking away shouldn't count - I still haven't received a PM from the first licker.

I think the rule should be lick (so people know) and immediate payment via PP or promise of other payment. I hate this lick and wait game too.

It's been 2.5 hours. Are you really in that big of a rush? Maybe he checks the site once or twice a day and he got lucky to catch your post this morning. Since you have people in line for it, you can safely assume it's sold, if not to Robert then someone else. But you should give him a day or so at least.

For what it's worth, even though I want them (and have the nasty second lick), I'll stick up for Rob here a bit and mention that he'e either just a few days back from a very long deployment or shortly inbound. He's probably somewhat limited on access.

I, of course, should be managing aircraft maintenance but am instead sitting at my desk checking D-90.com!

I'm in a huge rush. If I don't get the $$ soon my wife will discover my other financial transgressions.

Agree with Charles - if you want your for sale to be by your newer rules, then stipulate it in your listing and provide all the necessary tools to do so in your ad (PP address, etc.) - otherwise wait the requisite day or 2 grace period as is the norm around here.

Ok, then I suggest selling and receiving payment of existing parts before additional purchases if that's the case (although I highly recommend a more transparent financial relationship, or less transgressions otherwise).

Either way, this is not Robert's fault so suck it up.

I know a guy who can loan you money if needed. ROFL

I brought the "lick" to this site, but it has evolved into a monster I no longer know nor trust. Licks shall expire after 5 minutes or until someone makes a comment on here about chicken coop flooring - whichever comes first. If payment is not received within that period, the listing will turn into an auction at my starting price and go up from there. If payment is not rec'd for the auction price within 2 minutes, I will start fabricating a lawn statue out of said product. Don't make make a statue out of this.

PayPal: JeepRescue@SeriesTubOn110.com

Time starts NOW.
Fixed it for you.
